• Liver disease
• Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
• Renal disease

When is Hospice Needed? Signs to look for.
Is your loved one experiencing any of the following symptoms?
• Bed sores
• Difficulty performing activities such as bathing, grooming, eating, etc
• Falls
• Increased confusion
• Incontinence
• Infections
– Upper respiratory infections
– Urinary tract infections
• Multiple hospitalizations
• Overall decline without explanation
• Pain
• Shortness of breath
• Weight loss
